Microsoft Office 365 Plans E2 and K2 will have their prices decreased to match the prices of E1 and K1, respectively. These changes are due to the inclusion of Office Web Apps in the E1 and K1 SKUs, which will bring the E1/E2 and K1/K2 features together in order to simplify the SKU plan.
