Adobe Acrobat, Creative Cloud & others: Price Increases

Lock in your current Adobe pricing before the June 1, 2026 update: Effective June 1, 2026, Adobe is adjusting prices for most Creative Cloud and Acrobat products on the VIP Marketplace. A wide range of other Adobe products and the full Education and Government pricelists are not affected. Early renewals until May 29, 2026 are the simplest way to keep pricing for another full term.

Summary

  • The price adjustment applies to VIP Marketplace commercial pricelists.
  • Creative Cloud and Acrobat licenses see price increases across the board, especially on the volume tiers (>=10 licenses).
  • A long list of Adobe products is out of scope, including Adobe Express, Adobe Stock, Acrobat AI Assistant, and Acrobat Sign.
  • Education and Government pricelists are not affected.

What is changing on June 1, 2026

Adobe is updating prices on the VIP Marketplace Commercial pricelist (EUR, USD, AUD) for in-scope products in the Creative Cloud and Document Cloud (Acrobat) product groups. The updated pricelist for June 2026 is already published, so the exact line items can be reviewed before any renewal or new order is signed.

In practice:

  • Level 2 (10-49 licenses) discounts will be cut entirely. Example: Purchasing 32 licenses will not give a discount compared to purchasing just 8 licenses.
  • Higher (50+ licenses) discount levels will grant much lower (almost irrelevant) discounts in comparison to lower discount levels. That means, purchasing lots of licenses at once will save you almost no money and less in comparison to what it used to.
  • You can still benefit from price lock when commiting to 3 years (10+ licenses), avoiding further price increases by Adobe in those 3 years.
  • SKU numbers are unchanged across all in-scope products, so existing order records, asset management systems, and renewal references continue to work without remapping.

Which products are not affected

The following Adobe products are out of scope for the June 1, 2026 retail update and keep their current pricing:

  • Adobe Spark, Adobe Express, Adobe Edge, Frame, Adobe Muse, Adobe Prelude
  • Substance 3D, Adobe SpeedGrade, Adobe XD
  • Photoshop Elements, Premiere Elements
  • Adobe Technical Suite, ColdFusion, Presenter, Captivate, FrameMaker, RoboHelp, InDesign Server
  • Adobe Stock, Frame.io
  • Acrobat AI Assistant, Acrobat Sign

In addition, all products on the Education and Government pricelists are unaffected.

What this means for your organization

  • If your Adobe renewal date falls in June 2026 or later on a Creative Cloud or Acrobat product line, the renewal will be quoted on the new retail pricing.
  • If you are planning upgrades, license expansions, or new deployments in Creative Cloud or Acrobat for teams, the cost basis changes on June 1.
  • If your contract is on Education or Government terms, or if you only use products on the out-of-scope list above, this update does not affect your pricing.
