Can existing Microsoft 365 Copilot customers get this 20% discount, or is it only for new adopters?
Both new and existing customers can qualify, but the key is that the purchase itself must be new. The promotion cannot be applied retroactively to licenses you already own or to renewals of an existing subscription. So, if you’re already using Microsoft 365 Copilot, you won’t get 20% off your current licenses automatically, and when those renew, they renew at normal price.
What happens after the 12-month term – will the 20% discount continue?
No, the 20% discount is only guaranteed for the initial 12-month subscription term. After that, any renewal of those Copilot licenses would be at the standard prevailing rate (the price will revert to normal). For example, if you start the promo on October 15, 2025, your discounted term would run through October 14, 2026. Upon renewal on October 15, 2026, you would pay the regular price unless Microsoft offers a new promotion or special pricing at that time.
I don’t want to buy as much as 100+ new Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses. What to do?
