Additional print volume can be added with Add-ons, e.g. the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.schneider.im\/lu\/microsoft-universal-print-10k-add-on-pack-available\/\">Microsoft Universal Print 10K add-on pack<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Universal Print is a Microsoft 365 subscription-based service that organizations use to centralize print management through the Universal Print portal. For organizations that are committed to Microsoft 365, it replaces the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.schneider.im\/lu\/microsoft-windows-server-2025-secure-scalable-and-ai-ready\/\">Windows Server<\/a> print server functionality. It allows IT departments to configure their organization&#8217;s printers so that employees can print seamlessly from any device, and for organizations to lower the cost of printing, while supporting their business needs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">List of subscriptions that include Universal Print:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Microsoft 365 Enterprise F3, E3, E5<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft 365 Education A3, A5<\/li>\n<li>Windows 11 Enterprise E3, E5<\/li>\n<li>Windows 11 Education A3, A5<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft 365 Business Premium<\/li>\n<li>Universal Print standalone subscription<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For customers without a subscription that includes Universal Print, the service can be licensed standalone. The standalone subscription does not come with, but requires, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.schneider.im\/lu\/microsoft-azure-ad-becomes-microsoft-entra-id\/\">Azure Active Directory<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Universal Print comes with a pool of print jobs that are available to all users who have a license. Each Universal Print license includes 5 print jobs per month which are pooled. For example, a subscription with 1,000 licensed users will have 5,000 jobs per month available to all users. Unused print jobs expire at the end of each month.
