Effective August 23, 2022, Microsoft Viva Engage<\/strong>, a new component of the Viva Suite<\/strong>, is generally available.<\/p>\n

Viva Engage<\/strong> is a Microsoft Teams app powered by Yammer that connects everyone at your organization through digital communities, virtual events, rich conversation tools, and more.<\/p>\n

Viva Engage<\/strong> is available to anyone with a Yammer license – which is on by default for all Microsoft 365 commercial customers.<\/p>\n

Effective October 3, 2022, Microsoft Sales<\/strong> Copilot<\/strong> (formerly Viva Sales<\/a>) is generally available.<\/p>\n

Sales<\/strong> Copilot<\/strong> tailored to improve the employee experience for sellers and enables them to use Microsoft 365 and Teams to automatically capture, access and register data into a CRM system, eliminating the administrative burden of manual data entry.<\/p>\n

Sales<\/strong> Copilot<\/strong> is included in Dynamics 365<\/a> Sales Enterprise and Premium licenses and is also available as a standalone license.<\/p>\n

On October 12, 2022, Microsoft announced Viva Amplify<\/strong> to be included in the Viva Suite<\/a> in the future. It is still in preview.<\/p>\n

Viva Amplify<\/strong> helps leaders to get their message across and energize their people.<\/p>\n

On July 18, 2023, Viva Pulse<\/strong> became available.<\/p>\n

Viva Pulse<\/strong> empowers leaders to seek regular and confidential feedback about their team’s experience, which will sit alongside company-wide engagement tools like Glint, which itself will come to Viva next year.<\/p>\n
