Microsoft Power Automate Process Mining available<\/h2>\n

Effective August 1, 2023, Microsoft Power Automate Process Mining becomes available.<\/p>\n

Power Automate Process Mining is an advanced tool that helps businesses gain insights into their operations and simplify complex processes by using AI. Customers can start using Power Automate Process Mining by leveraging the new Power Automate Premium license (see below). If needed, the Power Automate Process Mining Add-on offers an additional 100 GB of data storage at a fixed price per tenant per month. Enhance efficiency and productivity with this data-driven process management solution.<\/p>\n

Microsoft Power Automate licensing changes<\/h2>\n

Power Automate Premium replaces Per User and Per User with Attended RPA licenses<\/h3>\n

Effective August 1, 2023, the new Power Automate Premium license consolidates the previous Per User and Per User with Attended RPA licenses into one single offering. This license enables users to access both Cloud Flows (DPA) and Desktop Flows (RPA) in attended mode, encompassing the features of the old, higher priced Per User with Attended RPA license at a lower price. Additionally, this new license grants entitlements to leverage the new Power Automate Process Mining capabilities (see above).<\/p>\n

Power Automate Process replaces Unattended RPA and Flow licenses<\/h3>\n

Effective August 1, 2023, the Power Automate Process license becomes available and serves two purposes. It allows users to execute unattended Desktop Flows, replacing the previous Unattended RPA license. Alternatively, it facilitates the use of Cloud Flows by an unlimited number of users within an organization, replacing the Flow license.<\/p>\n
