What is Sales Copilot?<\/h2>\n

Sales Copilot brings together the applications sellers work with\u2014 like Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams \u2014 to provide a more streamlined and AI-powered selling experience. It saves time with CRM task automation, auto-generated email or meeting summaries, and more by making AI-chat generated suggestions and actions. Sales Copilot can be accessed in Outlook, Teams, and Dynamics 365<\/a> Sales, and connects to other CRM systems like Salesforce.<\/p>\n

Licensing<\/h2>\n

Sales Copilot includes the Viva Sales capabilities and is generally available both as a standalone license and included for users licensed for Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise\/Premium.<\/p>\n
