Update: As of September 2024, Microsoft Copilot has been renamed back to Microsoft Bing Chat and Bing Chat Enterprise again. Bing Chat is the open and free version, while Bing Chat Enterpise offers commercial data protection.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Microsoft took the next step to simplify the user experience and make copilot more accessible to everyone. Bing Chat<\/strong> and Bing Chat Enterprise<\/strong> will now simply become Copilot<\/strong>. It has foundational capabilities, like the ability to answer questions, create content, and reason over data. And it has web grounding, so it always has access to the latest information. When you\u2019re signed into Copilot with your Entra ID, you get commercial data protection which means chat data isn\u2019t saved, Microsoft has no eyes-on access, and your data is not used to train the models.<\/p>\n
