What is Microsoft Universal Print?<\/h2>\n

Microsoft Universal Print<\/strong> is a cloud-based software-as-a-service printing solution<\/strong> that allows users to print from <\/strong>any device, anywhere<\/strong>, without the need for print servers or drivers. It also offers features such as secure printing, print analytics, and printer management.<\/p>\n

Universal Print User SL<\/h2>\n

Starting from October 1, 2023, users<\/strong> who want to use Universal Print<\/strong> but<\/strong> do not have a license that includes Universal Print jobs<\/strong> can purchase the Microsoft Universal Print User SL<\/strong>. This is a standalone license that is billed per user per month and includes 5 print jobs per month<\/strong>. A print job is defined as a single print request sent to a printer, regardless of the number of pages or copies.<\/p>\n

For which users is Universal Print User SL recommended?<\/h2>\n

The Microsoft Universal Print User SL is suitable for users who have low printing needs<\/strong> and do NOT have one of the following licenses<\/strong> that already include<\/strong> Universal Print jobs.
