Customers can now use <strong>Entra ID Multi-Tenant Organizations<\/strong> to improve the cross-tenant collaboration experience in <strong>Microsoft<\/strong> <strong>Teams<\/strong> and <strong>Viva<\/strong> <strong>Engage<\/strong>. Open <a href=\"https:\/\/admin.microsoft.com\/\">https:\/\/admin.microsoft.com\/<\/a>, and follow <a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/microsoft-365\/enterprise\/set-up-multi-tenant-org?view=o365-worldwide\">these instructions<\/a> on how to set up a new multi-tenant organization and add a tenant to your multitenant organization.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Outcome<\/strong>: A <strong>unified organization with two tenants<\/strong>, enhancing collaboration in Microsoft Teams and Viva Engage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">User Provisioning:<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Reciprocal provisioning<\/strong> at scale is key for collaboration in <strong>Microsoft Teams<\/strong>. Reciprocal provisioning refers to the process of mutually setting up user access between two entities or tenants. For example, if Alice from Contoso EMEA needs access to resources in Contoso APAC, and Bob from Contoso APAC requires access to resources in Contoso EMEA, reciprocal provisioning ensures that both users are provisioned appropriately in each other\u2019s domains.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Centralized provisioning<\/strong> in <strong>Viva Engage<\/strong> must be ensured for all employees to be included in the central tenant (e.g. Contoso EMEA).
