Users <strong>can<\/strong> still <strong>edit<\/strong> and <strong>publish<\/strong> <strong>updates<\/strong> as they would any other SharePoint page.<\/li>\n<li>Topic pages <strong>generated by AI<\/strong> will <strong>no longer be available<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Topic Center Site<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Topic Center Sites will be <strong>converted to a standard SharePoint site<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knowledge management<\/strong> and <strong>analytics features <\/strong>will be<strong> removed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Search and Integration<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Automatic integration<\/strong> with Microsoft Search and apps will <strong>cease<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Viva Engage<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Viva Engage will adopt a <strong>simplified public topics model<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integration<\/strong> with Viva Topics will <strong>end<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>What <strong>features<\/strong> of <strong>Viva Topics<\/strong> will <strong>Copilot <\/strong>get?<\/h2>\n<p>As for the <strong>features<\/strong> and <strong>functionalities, Copilot<\/strong> will <strong>incorporate<\/strong> <strong>several capabilities from Viva Topics<\/strong>. It will allow users to <strong>summarize complex topics across multiple documents<\/strong>, <strong>translate pages<\/strong> based on <strong>sources<\/strong> in <strong>other languages<\/strong>, and <strong>analyze connections<\/strong> between <strong>different concepts<\/strong>.
