An <strong>exchange<\/strong> refers to <strong>modifying an existing reservation<\/strong> by <strong>changing<\/strong> its attributes, such as <strong>instance series<\/strong>,<strong> region<\/strong>, or<strong> term<\/strong>. Exchanges are changing only for Azure Virtual Machine, Azure Dedicated Host and Azure App Service reservations.
