Effective November <\/span>1, 2025<\/strong>, Microsoft will implement price increases<\/strong> for Microsoft Dynamics 365<\/a> Business Central, while increasing the included storage capacity per license. This change was previously announced for October 1, 2025. <\/strong>This marks the first pricing update in over five years<\/strong> and introduces a license repackaging <\/strong>that offers more value at a higher price. These changes apply to new subscriptions and to existing subscriptions upon their first renewal on or after November 1, 2025<\/strong>. In multi-tenant environments<\/strong>\u2014where a single instance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central serves multiple business units or subsidiaries\u2014storage allocation is a critical factor<\/strong>. With the new licensing changes effective November 1, 2025, each license purchased on or after that date includes more built-in storage<\/strong>:<\/p>\n
