This rule applies to each specific version, not the overall product or tenant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Example:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>You can buy 100 seats of Microsoft 365 E3 (no Teams).<\/li>\n<li>But you cannot buy 50 seats of E3 (no Teams) and 50 seats of E3 with Teams included &#8211; each must meet the 100-seat minimum on its own.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>FAQ<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Can I combine seats of the same product using different term subscriptions?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Yes<\/strong>, you can mix different subscription terms (monthly, annual, or 3-year) for the same product.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>However, each subscription type must meet its own seat minimum<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If a 3-year term requires 100 seats, you must buy at least 100 seats for that term &#8211; even if you also have monthly or annual subscriptions for the same product.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>What billing plans are available for the new three-year SKUs?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The billing plans available for these new three-year offers will be:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Triennial\/triennial (pay upfront)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Triennial\/annual<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Monthly billing plans will not be available.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Will the price of the new Microsoft 365 three-year SKUs in CSP be the same price as the Microsoft 365 one-year SKUs in CSP?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Yes<\/strong>, the price per user per month will be <strong>the same<\/strong> as the equivalent one-year term Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) in CSP. There are <strong>promotions available though<\/strong>, which make the three-year options more attractive, giving 10% discount.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>What are the benefits of the new 3-year terms?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Price protection<\/strong>: Customers lock in pricing for 3 years, helping manage costs\u2014especially useful in regions with currency fluctuations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Smooth transitions<\/strong>: These subscriptions offer an easy path for customers moving from expiring Enterprise Agreements (EA) to the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program with SCHNEIDER IT MANAGEMENT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Can customers reduce seats or cancel a 3-year Microsoft 365 subscription?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>No<\/strong>, customers can\u2019t reduce seat counts during the 3-year term.
