This means:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Microsoft will defend customers against third-party copyright claims<\/strong> related to content generated by <strong>Copilot Studio agents<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>This protection is available only <strong>if customers implement the\u00a0required mitigations<\/strong>\u00a0outlined by Microsoft.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>What Does \u201cCovered Product\u201d Mean?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A \u201c<strong>Covered Product<\/strong>\u201d is a Microsoft service that <strong>qualifies for copyright protection<\/strong> under the CCC.
