Updated 2026-07-06: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Microsoft has published a separate notice about minor pricing precision updates for select Microsoft 365 and Office 365 SKUs in certain European currencies. According to Microsoft, these are small, compliance-driven pricing precision adjustments and not a new product price increase. The broader July 2026 Microsoft 365 \/ Office 365 price increases remain unchanged, but some listed prices in EUR, DKK, NOK, SEK, and CHF may differ slightly because of this technical update.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Standalones affected: Effective July 1, 2026<\/strong>, Microsoft will increase prices<\/strong> for various standalone licenses<\/strong>, as announced on February 16. These increases will complement<\/strong> the previously announced pricing adjustments<\/strong> for Microsoft 365 and Office 365<\/strong> suites that will also take effect on July 1, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

These changes reflect the addition of new AI-driven productivity tools, enhanced security features, and advanced management capabilities. Organizations should prepare now<\/strong> to avoid unexpected cost impacts.<\/p>\n
