It allows businesses to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capture customer feedback directly on product pages<\/li>\n<li>Show average ratings on product lists and search results<\/li>\n<li>Display full review lists with sorting and filtering options<\/li>\n<li>Use review data in POS and call center views<\/li>\n<li>Automatically moderate input using Azure Cognitive Services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The feature continues to exist as part of the Commerce platform.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Licensing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce: Additional applications<\/h2>\n<p>Now, <strong>only two out of 4 add-ons<\/strong> remain (e-Commerce and Commercial Scale Unit &#8211; Cloud):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>e<\/strong><strong>\u2011Commerce<\/strong> Add\u2011on provides the <strong>core B2C and B2B online storefront capabilities<\/strong> for Dynamics 365 Commerce. It enables <strong>product catalogs, shopping carts, checkout, and customer account experiences<\/strong>. It is required for organizations that want to <strong>run<\/strong> a <strong>full online store directly on<\/strong> the <strong>Dynamics 365 Commerce platform<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Commerce Scale Unit \u2013 Cloud<\/strong> extends the Commerce environment with <strong>additional cloud capacity<\/strong> used for performance, redundancy, and co\u2011location scenarios.
