Key Eligibility Rules
- New-to-offer only: Customers must not have previously purchased the same Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) (e.g., E3 with Teams, E3 without Teams, etc.). To check, if your organization meets this criterion, please contact us.
- Customers will not qualify for the Microsoft 365 E3 3-year promotion if they have purchase history of any of the following products: E3 with Teams, E3 No Teams, E3 EEA No Teams, E3 Unattended License, E3 no Teams Unattended License, or E3 EEA No Teams Unattended License.
- Customers will not qualify for the Microsoft 365 E5 3-year promotion if they have purchase history of any of the following products: E5 with Teams, E5 No Teams, E5 EEA No Teams, E5 without Audio Conferencing, E5 without Audio Conferencing No Teams, E5 without Audio Conferencing EEA No Teams.
- No midterm conversions: Customers converting from annual to three-year terms midterm do not qualify.
- No retroactive credits: Purchases made between June 1 and June 9, 2025, are not eligible for retroactive discounts.
