Until April 30, 2023, a promotion on Microsoft 365 Remote Help is available. It offers a 50% discount to new and existing Remote Help customers worldwide.
Remote Help enables secure and cloud-based helpdesk-to-user connections for Windows (available now) and Android (coming soon). It works with Intune and enables your information and frontline workers to get assistance when needed over a remote connection. With this connection, your support staff can remote connect to the user’s device. During the session, they can view the device’s display and if permitted by the device user, take full control. Full control enables a helper to directly make configurations or take actions on the device.
Remote Help can be purchased as an add-on license to Microsoft 365 E3, E5, F1, F3, and Business Premium, and to Enterprise Mobility + Security E3 and E5.
This offer is available to
- Enterprise Agreements (EA) and Enterprise Subscription Agreements (EAS),
- new Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) customers,
- customers adding a minimum of 300 seats to their existing subscriptions.
Customers purchasing the promo before April 30, 2023, will receive the promo pricing for the duration of their subscription and will revert to the regular pricing at renewal. Customers with monthly term will receive the promo pricing between November 1, 2022, and April 30, 2023, and then will revert to the regular pricing.
