By utilizing this benefit, you can achieve substantial cost reductions for operating your workloads in the cloud.

 

What is Centrally Managed Azure Hybrid Benefit for SQL Server?

With Centrally Managed Azure Hybrid Benefit for SQL Server, you gain the ability to efficiently manage and allocate your Azure Hybrid Benefit SQL Server licenses on a larger scale. This means you can apply these licenses across your entire Azure subscription or billing account rather than to individual resources. By doing so, you ensure compliance by controlling the number of roles that can apply licenses. Additionally, the platform provides proactive tracking and monitoring tools to optimize the utilization of Azure Hybrid Benefit licensing. This enhanced visibility allows you to identify further opportunities for cost savings and maximize the value derived from your SQL Server investments.
