Effective August 1, 2024, Microsoft added license prerequisites for Microsoft Copilot for Sales and Copilot for Services. Now, these licenses are available for purchase by more commercial and enterprise users.

Now you can also purchase Copilot for Sales or Copilot for Services if you users who have one of these licenses (new prerequisites in bold):
- Microsoft 365 Business Basic/Business Standard/Business Premium/F1/F3/E3/A1/A3/E5/A5
- Office 365 F3/E1/E3/A1/A3/E5/A5
