Effective November 1, 2022, Cross-Tenant User Data Migration for Microsoft Exchange Online and OneDrive is available for Enterprise Agreement (EA) or Enterprise Subscription Agreement (EAS) customers.
It supports complex organizations with tenant-to-tenant migration requirements. Admins can move Exchange Online and OneDrive user data between Microsoft 365 tenants, for example during mergers or divestitures.
The add-on is available to the following subscriptions:
- Microsoft 365 Business Basic/Business Standard/Business Premium/F1/F3/E3/A3/E5/A5
- Office 365 F3/E1/A1/E3/A3/E5/A5
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive for Business.
User licenses are licensed per migration as a onetime fee.
