Effective July 1, 2024, Microsoft Viva Glint, an employee engagement platform, is available as a standalone offering in the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program. Viva Glint has already been part of the “Microsoft Viva Suite“, “Microsoft Viva Workplace Analytics and Employee Feedback“.
What is Viva Glint?
Viva Glint is a comprehensive solution designed to enhance employee engagement and well-being. It provides valuable insights into workplace dynamics and helps organizations foster a more inclusive and supportive environment. Viva Glint also includes new Copilot capabilities that help you drill into data even faster.

- Visibility into Organizational Health: Measures employee engagement and guides feedback action to provide a clear picture of the organization’s well-being.
- Employee Engagement: Increases engagement through survey programs, resulting in overall business improvement.

Licensing Channels
Viva Glint is available through:
- Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) (effective July 1, 2024)
- Enterprise Agreement (EA)
- Enterprise Subscription Agreement (EAS)
Licensing requirements
- Minimum Seat Purchase: The minimum seat purchase requirement is set at 50 seats to ensure a quality data experience.
- License Prerequisite: Customers must have a base Entra stock keeping unit (SKU) to deploy Viva Glint.
- Enterprise-Wide Licensing: The license count for Viva Glint should match the number of users within the organization.
