Microsoft Windows VDA Price Changes and new Per User Add-On

Microsoft will be increasing the Windows Virtual Desktop Access (VDA) Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) prices by 14% effective January 1, 2017. This reflects the continued innovation being delivered in Windows 10 that improves the security, the connectivity, and the productivity scenarios.

This also reflects the addition of a new usage benefit for VDA Per User licenses, that will allow customers to host Windows 10 Current Branch for Business (CBB) on multi-tenant platforms like Azure & approved 3rd Party partners.

As part of this change, Microsoft is also launching a new VDA Per User Add-On SKU for customers who want to upgrade from VDA Per Device to VDA Per User.
