This Microsoft Licensing Solution Partner (LSP) acts as a Software Advisor, consults your organization concerning Microsoft licensing and negotiates with Microsoft to get you the best offer for your EA.
Out of the 400.000+ Microsoft Partners worldwide, only ~100 partners are LSPs, meaning 0.025%. Hence, most of the Microsoft Partners talking about Microsoft licensing cannot actually manage or sell solutions through Enterprise Agreements and Microsoft Products and Services Agreements (MPSA). They can only sell through the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program, restricting them and their customers, and making them biased towards that licensing program.
