Basic Support: End of Availability
What is changing?
Basic support SKUs were removed from price books. Going forward, only Production support will be available.
Impact on existing customers:
- Customers with Basic support can continue until their current term ends.
- At renewal or when adding licenses, customers must switch to the superior Production support.
Key difference:
- Basic support: Business hours, noncritical issues.
- Production support: 24/7 coverage for production environments.
Academic (-A) SKU: End of Availability
What is changing?
Academic Stock Keeping Units (SKU) retired. Instead, education customers can choose from:
