As of May 22, 2025, Atlassian has officially launched the new Trello experience, now generally available across all Free, Standard, and Premium plans. The rollout will continue over the coming weeks, with Enterprise customers receiving access later this year.

What’s New in Trello?
Trello Inbox – Centralized Task Capture
The new Trello Inbox allows users to collect tasks from multiple sources:
- Slack and Microsoft Teams messages
- Emails forwarded to inbox@app.trello.com
- Voice commands on iOS
- Android widgets (iOS coming soon)
AI-Powered Quick Capture
With Atlassian Intelligence, Trello can now automatically extract due dates, priorities, and action items from forwarded messages.
Trello Planner – Calendar Integration
The new Trello Planner enables users to connect their Google or Microsoft calendar and drag tasks directly from their Inbox or boards into their schedule.
Mirror Cards – Cross-Board Visibility
The enhanced Mirror cards feature allows users to sync tasks across multiple boards and view them in all board layouts (Table, Calendar, Timeline, Map).
Refreshed UI – Unified Navigation
Trello’s redesigned interface includes:
- A new navigation bar to switch between Inbox, Planner, and boards
- A streamlined card back for faster task editing
