Microsoft Windows 7 reached End of Support on January 14, 2020. Although Microsoft’s recommendation is to upgrade to Windows 10 or move to Windows Virtual Desktop in Azure, customers may purchase Extended Security Updates (ESU) to continue to receive security updates for critical issues.

Effective April 2025, Microsoft Windows Autopatch, a cloud service to automate updates, is available to Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Microsoft 10/11 Education A3/A5 customers.
