Oracle Java 17 Released for Free
Effective September 13, 2021, Oracle Java 17 is available and is the first Java version licensed through an Oracle No-Fee Terms and Conditions License (NFTC), essentially free of charge. Please note, that previous Java versions are still licensed through chargeable licenses.
