Microsoft Clipchamp available for Microsoft 365 commercial accounts

Starting end of August 2023, Microsoft Clipchamp automatically rolls out to Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Business Standard, and Business Premium customers.

Microsoft Clipchamp: What is it?

Clipchamp is a powerful video editing tool that lets users trim or join video recordings, add text overlays, record screen or webcam, and more. All videos are securely stored on OneDrive or SharePoint for easy sharing.

Microsoft Clipchamp: How to access it?

Clipchamp is seamlessly integrated into the Edge or Chrome browser and can be accessed via OneDrive or SharePoint on the web.

To open Clipchamp, open the “New” or “Edit” menus in OneDrive for Business and SharePoint document libraries, or launch the Clipchamp app in the Office.com app launcher.

Microsoft Clipchamp: Windows application

Clipchamp is also available as a Windows application for personal Microsoft accounts – Microsoft 365 Personal and Family subscribers already have Clipchamp included. While this Windows application is not yet available for work accounts, it will be included in new builds of Windows 10 and 11. Admins can disable this application in Group Policy Editor.
