Key Features
Voting:
- Automatic: Voting is enabled by default but can be turned off.
- Fair Voting: Each attendee gets one vote per question.
- Sorting: Questions can be sorted by votes or activity.
Archiving:
- Selective Archiving: Organizers can archive specific or all questions.
- Visibility: Both attendees and organizers can view archived questions through a filter.
Licensing
These features are included in the standard Microsoft Teams licensing. No additional costs are required to access Voting and Archiving in Teams Q&A.
