Microsoft Teams Q&A is a feature within Microsoft Teams designed to facilitate interactive and productive meetings, such as town halls, webinars, and training sessions. It allows participants to ask questions and engage with presenters in real-time.

 

Key Features

Voting:

  • Automatic: Voting is enabled by default but can be turned off.
  • Fair Voting: Each attendee gets one vote per question.
  • Sorting: Questions can be sorted by votes or activity.

 

Archiving:

  • Selective Archiving: Organizers can archive specific or all questions.
  • Visibility: Both attendees and organizers can view archived questions through a filter.

 

Licensing

These features are included in the standard Microsoft Teams licensing. No additional costs are required to access Voting and Archiving in Teams Q&A.
