Effective February 1, 2022, version 9.5 and earlier for Veeam Backup & Replication and Veeam ONE reach their End of Support.
Note, that V9 of these products reached end of fix in February of 2020 when Veeam released V10.
Veeam defines End of Support as: When a product version reaches this stage, this version will no longer be supported by Veeam. To get support, you need to have an active maintenance contract, and perform an upgrade to at least the version that has not reached End of Support stage yet.
To upgrade from 9.5.x to v11, first install Veeam Backup & Replication 9.5 Update 4b 188.8.131.5266, create a manual configuration Backup and install Veeam Backup & Replication v11.
