Microsoft Teams Audio Conferencing with dial-out to select geographies

Effective March 1, 2022, Microsoft Teams Audio Conferencing is available as a Standalone. It contains unlimited toll dial-in minutes, plus 60 dial-out minutes to the US and Canada (regardless of end customer tenant location). It also includes Operator Connect Conferencing.

An Audio Conferencing license enables you to provide a dial-in phone number for Teams meeting attendees, and to dial-out during a meeting to invite other callers into that meeting. With Operator Connect Conferencing capabilities, organizations can use phone numbers from a third-party operator to join Microsoft Teams meetings.

One Audio Conferencing license is required for each user who is going to schedule or host an audio meeting.

Microsoft and third-party Calling Plans are available in countries, such as Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom and United States.

Note, that starting March 1, 2022, unlimited dial-in capabilities for Microsoft Teams meetings are available for existing Office 365 and Microsoft 365 licenses as Audio Conferencing is available as part of all Teams-inclusive Microsoft 365 and Office 365 subscriptions.
