This means you can apply these licenses across your entire Azure subscription or billing account rather than to individual resources. By doing so, you ensure compliance by controlling the number of roles that can apply licenses. Additionally, the platform provides proactive tracking and monitoring tools to optimize the utilization of Azure Hybrid Benefit licensing.
