Effective July 22, 2020, Microsoft Forms Pro now is called Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice offers a comprehensive means to capture, analyze, and act on customer feedback.
There are no changes to the licensing and existing customers don’t need to do anything as current surveys in Microsoft Forms Pro are moved to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice.
