Atlassian Server products price increases and end of user tier upgrades and downgrades

Effective February 15, 2022, user tiers for Atlassian Server products or apps are no longer upgradable or downgradable. Changing user tiers will only be available by moving to either Cloud or Data Center.

An exception is, that you can still upgrade or downgrade user tiers for Fisheye and Crucible.

Effective February 15, 2022, the following Atlassian Server products on an advantaged pricing plan experience price increases for renewals:

  • Jira Software Server
  • Confluence Server
  • Jira Work Management (Jira Core) Server

Atlassian take steps towards bringing advantaged prices closer to list prices and accelerating the move to the cloud.
