Effective January 1, 2025, Ivanti will adjust the renewal process for customers to migrations and moves onto SaaS and Subscription licensing. Additionally, effective February 1, 2025, Ivanti will be implementing general price book adjustments.

January 1, 2025: Ivanti Will Adjust Renewal Uplifts Starting to Support Customer Migrations

On January 1, 2025, Ivanti will adjust the renewal process for customers to migrations and moves onto SaaS and Subscription licensing. The existing process of a standard 5% uplift at the time of renewal will still apply for many products, with exceptions for the below scenarios:

  • Up to a 20% uplift for all perpetual maintenance renewals
  • Up to a 20% uplift for all Cherwell renewals, unless customers migrate to ITSM with a Pro Services plan
  • Up to a 20% uplift for all non-strategic EPG product renewals

 

February 1, 2025: Ivanti Price Book Updates Will Take Place

On February 1, 2025, Ivanti will be implementing price book adjustments. Specific changes, including the updated pricing on a SKU-by-SKU basis, will be included with a future announcement 90 days before the changes are implemented. The following changes and updates being made to pricing for Ivanti products will roughly follow these guidelines:

  • 5% increase on SaaS and on-premise Subscription SKU pricing
  • 10% increase on Perpetual License and Maintenance SKU pricing
  • Increase on ITSM Concurrent Analyst license pricing
  • The exchange rates used to set list prices in some of the international currencies used by Ivanti are changing
  • Increase on Ivanti Neurons for Discovery
