Microsoft 365 Copilot for All: 30% Off Annual for 1,000+ Seats

What is Microsoft 365 Copilot?

Microsoft 365 Copilot is an AI assistant built into Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. It drafts, summarizes, analyzes, and creates content in the tools people already use every day. It is licensed as a per-user add-on to eligible Microsoft 365 subscriptions.

 

What changed since the previous promotion

Until June 30, 2026, the “Copilot for All” promotion gave 30% off from 300 seats and 40% off from 1,000 seats. Both offers have ended. From July 1, 2026, a single 30% annual offer applies, now starting at 1,000 seats, and the 40% tier is no longer available. Organizations below 1,000 seats can use the separate 15% annual offer, which starts at 300 seats.

 

What organizations should do now

  • Review your total Microsoft 365 Copilot demand across the organization
  • Confirm you can reach the 1,000 seat minimum for the 30% rate
  • Use the 15% offer instead if you expect 300 to 999 seats
  • Act before September 30, 2026, when the offer ends
