Effective January 1, 2021, Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) can sell perpetual software licenses (without Software Assurance) to commercial organizations.
Furthermore, by July 1, 2021, Microsoft CSP will be able to sell perpetual software licenses (without Software Assurance) also to government, education, and nonprofit organizations for on-premises deployment.
Additionally, effective July 7, 2021, two commercial offers, Get Genuine Windows and Visual Studio Professional, and public sector offers—government, education, and nonprofit will be added to the CSP perpetual software price list.
