SCHNEIDER IT MANAGEMENT Microsoft Premier Support Plans

Effective July 1, 2024, SCHNEIDER IT MANAGEMENT introduces updated Premier Support Plans for Microsoft products, that bring Microsoft Premier Support at attractive conditions to customers. With coverage of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft On-premises software (not included in Basic), support requests get resolved by Microsoft Premier Support engineers. These engineers are the same as with Microsoft Unified Support, while Unified Support comes at much higher costs.

Why these support options?

Customers ask about Microsoft support pricing and request advanced support capabilities. On July 1, 2024, Microsoft removed free Azure Standard Support, and Microsoft increases pricing for technical support. This is done by raising prices for existing support plans (Microsoft Unified Support), eliminating free support plans (Azure Standard Support) and eliminating support plan options (Microsoft Premier Support for customers).
